Searchable version of the SOHO/MDI - Debrecen Sunspot Data catalogue

The SOHO/MDI - Debrecen Sunspot Data (SDD) sunspot catalogue contains the heliographic positions and the areas of the sunspots and sunspot groups. The searchable version of SDD are created from the text version of the catalogue available at the ftp site of the Debrecen Observatory. Concerning the detailed information on the sunspot data of SDD see SDDformat.txt and README.txt files. The data in ASCII files are loaded into a relational MySQL database with the structure corresponding to the original document completed the "h" and "g" rows with some zero values to form a unified 20-column format. The database is searchable by time, size, and different position data via this website. The search results can be retrieved by users as ASCII files.
